    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Manager</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PFH Technology Group are looking for a<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Project Manager </span>to work with our client in the Mid-West.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Location: Mid-West</p>\n<p>Contract: 6 Months</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Overview:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>The Project Manager will be responsible for visiting Community sites across the region to assess their readiness for the implementation of the new community application.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Link in service to ensure hospital manager prioritises the project, enabling the ent wlan team engagement on the floor with dept heads and infection control</li>\n<li>Co-ordinate any links into local IT resources where required</li>\n<li>Manage process at a REO level, co-ordinating the user, CATSO, ENt WLAN team</li>\n<li>Link into local departments to understand their needs example handheld devices, Priority departments, current usage, new initiatives, mobile IP phones etc.</li>\n<li>Managing and maintaining regional Issues log</li>\n<li>Engagement with end users at all levels across the organisation</li>\n<li>Engagement with local service providers for local information with respect to local enterprise wireless requirements</li>\n<li>Attendance onsite to co-ordinate activities where required</li>\n<li>Ensuring Knowledge Base documentation is up to date</li>\n<li>Escalate issues appropriately to management or other parts of the organisation if unable to resolve</li>\n<li>Work as part of a larger programme team</li>\n<li>Assist colleagues as requested</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Candidate Profile: </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience working in similar lead role specifically in the following areas: </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Service</li>\n<li>Project delivery</li>\n<li>Engaging with business users and technical teams</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate initiative and proactiveness in all areas of responsibility</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have good Microsoft Excel skills and adequate knowledge of other MS Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word etc)</li>\n<li>Good at working as part of a team and ability to take lead</li>\n<li>Demonstrate good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills</li>\n<li>Ability to understand complex data and recognise discrepancies, gaps and errors</li>\n<li>Carry out telephone and office communications in a professional, courteous and respectful manner at all times</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Business Competencies:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leadership skills</li>\n<li>Technical professional knowledge</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Strong planning and organisation skills</li>\n<li>Ability to adhere to processes working accurately and precisely within set processes and procedures – documenting and enhancing where needed.</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to organise own work and that of others, working in a structured, methodical and organised manner.</li>\n<li>Self-starter with a willingness to take responsibility</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The ability to interact with key stakeholders in a professional manner</li>\n<li>Willing to travel to HSE sites as required.<em> </em></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PFH Technology, owned by Ricoh – a Japanese based global ICT company, is a premier provider of end-to-end ICT solutions and a managed services portfolio scaling from SMEs to large Enterprise organisations.
