Work is to be consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities of the Position:</strong></p><ul><li>Verify all raw materials at production line(s) for accuracy and condition. Ensure materials and packaging Includes the verification of quantity, locator tickets and lot codes. Accuracy of information is critical.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform and document material inventory at the production line.</li><li>Perform head count and document all employees at the production line.</li><li>Request materials for following shift, materials need to be requested a minimum of 2 hours in advance</li><li>Must attend daily shift DDS/Handover meetings to communicate relevant information with the incoming shift personnel.&nbsp;</li><li>Notify shift Supervisor immediately when any issues are identified with Safety, Materials, Equipment or People</li><li>Maintains cleanliness of lines at all times</li><li>Ensure employee safety at line, any unsafe conditions need to be reported to the Production Supervisor or Maintenance Manager</li><li>Maintain assigned reports. Accuracy of all paperwork is mandatory</li><li>Monitor the performance of the line to meet standards while maintaining quality. Train all employees on tasks as needed.</li><li>Enforce company rules regarding safety, GMP, SQF, discipline, cooperation and teamwork.</li><li>Attend selected meetings as required.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by Management.</li><li>Assisting Supervisor with maintaining facility goals</li><li>Work with Supervisor to identify root cause and corrective actions in regard to QC holds and rework.</li></ul>",
