          "text": "<p>Fortune Brands is hiring for a&#xa0;<strong>Manager, IT - Warehouse Management Systems. </strong>The Manager, WMS<strong>&#xa0;</strong>is responsible for driving strategic process improvements across enterprise systems and workflows and leads the design, optimization, and implementation of warehouse processes integrated with our Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing inventory accuracy across our supply chain.&#xa0; This role blends deep technical expertise with business acumen to optimize operations, enhance system integration, and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives.</p><p><strong>POSITION LOCATION:&#xa0;</strong>This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL (or one of our Distribution Centers in Las Vegas, NV or Kinston, NC).&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze current warehouse workflows and identify areas for improvement using data-driven methodologies</li><li>Lead distribution center transformation initiatives using market leading WMS solution (Blue Yonder, EWM, etc)</li><li>Design and implement optimized processes aligned with WMS capabilities (e.g., receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping)</li><li>Collaborate with IT and operations teams to configure and enhance WMS functionality</li><li>Lead cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and validate process changes</li><li>Support WMS upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives (e.g., RFID, robotics, conveyor systems)</li><li>Create and present status reports and executive presentations to communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Industrial engineering, or related field</li><li>Experience on distribution center systems automation systems and also supporting applications (e.g., WES, WCS, RF, Conveyors, Label Applicators, In Line Scanners, etc)</li><li>Familiarity with WMS/ERP integration</li><li>Hands on Vendor management experience</li><li>5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics process engineering</li><li>10+ years hands-on experience with leading WMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, Red Prairie)</li><li>Proven experience leading the end-to-end implementation of a <strong>Blue Yonder</strong> Warehouse Management System&#xa0;</li><li>Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis (Excel, SQL)</li><li>Good analytical, oral communication and written documentation skills</li><li>General leadership and management skills</li><li>Advanced communication, negotiation, change management, and conflict resolution capabilities</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Supply Chain domain knowledge</li><li>Certifications such as Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, APICS CPIM, or CSCP</li><li>Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies</li><li>Familiarity with middleware integration products such as Boomi</li></ul>",
