          "text": "<p>This role is expected to work with cross-functional teams (including Product Marketing, Informatics, Technical Product Management, Technical Architecture, Product Development, and Software Quality) to translate roadmap requirements to an operational plan and to ensure that the roadmap is executed.  This may also include research and data analysis tasks to better understand data content and alignment with requirements.  The role is also responsible for working with key stakeholders from across the company to bring a voice and story to the feature enhancement requests, new product features, and technical features that the team will develop, as well as prioritize feature development for each product release.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities will include:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Create a vision for data analytics and reporting to drive customer outcomes</p></li><li><p>Develops and manages roadmaps through working and aligning with multiple stakeholders and prioritize short term deliverables for our data platform engineering team</p></li><li><p>Manage scope, balance trade-offs, define goals, set priorities and oversee a backlog of features from story to acceptance throughout the Agile software development lifecycle</p></li><li><p>Coordinate development efforts, timelines, deliverables with other product owners, project managers, program managers, and scrum masters</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with engineering, data science, and insurance leads and product owners on detailed and complex requirements with a solid technical understanding</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Demonstrable experience in an agile team environment</p></li><li><p>Firm understanding of user-centered design practice</p></li><li><p>Understanding and ability to write user stories</p></li><li><p>Experienced in Lean Start-up methodologies</p></li><li><p>Proactively manages stakeholders’ expectations appropriately to ensure transparency</p></li><li><p>Acts as a leader and a key contributor in a complex environment. Technical Product Manager is a leadership role that has a high level of influence on the organization</p></li><li><p>Provides a positive image to the Team. This role has high visibility and often interacts with stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Demonstrates organizational and time management skills to stay on top of workstreams</p></li><li><p>Demonstrates knowledge of go-to-market needs to ensure successful product rollout and commercial excellence</p></li><li><p>Provides guidance and/or directs others to drive results</p></li><li><p>Analyzes customer needs and business challenges and recommends the appropriate future product and service directions</p></li><li><p>Stays on top of stakeholders’ concerns and top issues.
