This role involves overseeing project delivery, managing a team of experienced professionals, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work on cutting-edge technologies such as Qlik Replicate, Snowflake, Denodo, and Confluent Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership capabilities, and experience in managing complex IT projects. </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff, ensuring the successful delivery of IT consulting services. </span></li>\n<li><span>Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and translate them into well- architected solutions. </span></li>\n<li><span>Oversee the development, implementation, and management of data platforms, cloud solutions, and integration projects. </span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to provide technical insights and support during pre-sales activities. </span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by maintaining strong client relationships and addressing technical concerns. </span></li>\n<li><span>Provide thought leadership and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, big data, and data integration platforms. </span></li>\n<li><span>Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, operational efficiency, and team performance. </span></li>\n<li><span>Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. </span></li>\n<li><span>Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers where necessary. </span></li>\n<li><span>Oversee troubleshooting efforts for technical issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently</span><span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Requirements</span>: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). </span></li>\n<li><span>5+ years of experience in technical leadership or managerial roles within the IT consulting or data integration space. </span></li>\n<li><span>Strong technical knowledge of Qlik Replicate, Snowflake, Denodo, Confluent Cloud, and other data platforms. </span></li>\n<li><span>Proven experience in managing teams and delivering IT solutions, preferably in a consulting environment. </span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. </span></li>\n<li><span>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non- </span></li>\n<li><span>technical stakeholders. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. </span></li>\n<li><span>Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus. </span></li>\n<li><span>Certifications in cloud platforms and data technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, </span><span>Benefits: </span></li>\n<li><span>or data virtualization tools) are highly advantageous.
