These groups are conducted in accordance with the approved program curriculum.</li><li>Provide individual counseling to fathers to increase participant coping skills, facilitate good familial communication and interactions, and support family reunification and strength.</li><li>Develop service plans based on participant needs to increase emotional, psychological, and economic stability within the community and family environment.</li><li>Participate in case conferences with program staff to determine participants' progress and job readiness.</li><li>Collect and properly upload any/all relevant documentation needed to comply with program services on time.</li><li>Document all services rendered via progress notes into the program’s electronic database promptly.
