If you are passionate about online casino games and enjoy managing structured communication and coordination processes, this role is a great fit for you!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities: </span>   </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate with casino game providers mainly based on tasks received internally from partners or company staff</li>\n<li>Request and coordinate new provider configuration settings, ensuring timely and accurate execution by the internal configuration team</li>\n<li>Follow up with providers to clarify questions, provide updates, or resolve operational matters reflected in Jira tasks</li>\n<li>Monitor and respond to incoming emails from providers and internal departments, taking necessary actions and providing timely feedback</li>\n<li>Ensure all provider-related communications and updates are accurately logged and tracked in ticketing system</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth operations and maintain effective cross-departmental communication</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in Armenian and English (written and spoken)</li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Russian</li>\n<li>Strong reporting and analytical skills</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and strong memory retention</li>\n<li>High sense of responsibility, ownership, and accuracy</li>\n<li>Excellent time management and negotiation skills</li>\n<li>Strong teamwork mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
