    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div data-pasted=\"true\"><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Job Summary</span></strong></p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">The Welder Fabricator accomplishes lay outs, fabrication, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifications of equipment, parts, components both Ferrous and Non-Ferrous alloy materials and systems according to specifications with minimum oversite.&nbsp;<br><br></span><p data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Perform welding in all positions, including complex joints and orientations.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Utilize multiple welding processes: GTAW (TIG),GMAW Steel MIG, FCAW,GMAW Aluminum MIG, SMAW, following AWS and or Shipyard standards.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Execute welds on various joint types such as lap, tee, fillet, and tube-to-plate.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Work with aluminum and stainless-steel plate and pipe, ensuring high-quality welds.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Interpret and apply welding codes and specifications accurately.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout all tasks.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Take responsibility for workmanship and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Required Skills &amp; Competencies</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Understand welding fundamentals and basic processes (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW,GTAW/TIG).</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Practice consistent arc length, travel speed, and electrode angle.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Perform cutting, shaping, and fitting tasks (including oxy-fuel cutting and grinding).</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Identify and report weld defects and equipment malfunctions.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Multi-process proficiency: TIG, MMA, MIG/MAG.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ability to weld different joint types and positions.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Familiarity with AWS welding codes.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Accountability for quality and safety.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Demonstrates accountability by accepting responsibility for their actions and decisions.</li></ul></div><div data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
