These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diagnose and repair faulty production and related plant equipment with the minimum amount of supervision using the provided schematics, manuals and drawings</li>\n <li>Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical problems, troubleshoot electrical problems and have a strong understanding of preventative maintenance strategies</li>\n <li>Identify faulty parts and provide proper nomenclature in the form of a requisition in order that spares or replacements can be ordered</li>\n <li>Be knowledgeable of what and where spare parts are in the store rooms and to observe store rooms withdrawal and return procedure</li>\n <li>General working knowledge of machine shop equipment</li>\n <li>Have knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems</li>\n <li>Be able to rebuild mechanical devices</li>\n <li>Be able to read schematics and prints</li>\n <li>Must have welding skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to do plumbing using copper, PVC and iron pipe</li>\n <li>Have understanding of basic electrical systems including 3 phase using hand help test equipment </li>\n <li>Must be team-oriented with leadership qualities and capable of leading co-workers in assigned tasks</li>\n <li>Will be expected to maintain necessary records and established maintenance procedures</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, safe working environment</li>\n <li>Responsible for additional specific duties related to each shift as assigned by maintenance supervisor</li>\n <li>Other duties as necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma/equivalent required</li>\n <li>Four year technical degree or minimum 5-8 years relevant experience (or similar combination of education and experience)</li>\n <li>Completion of a vocational technical or trade school curriculum from an authorized school with a concentration in electro-mechanical courses desired</li>\n <li>Proven ability to be able to read and use precision type instruments such as micrometers and calipers</li>\n <li>Speaking and presentation skills to conduct effective meetings</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mechanical aptitude</li>\n <li>Demonstrated problem-solving skills </li>\n <li>Effective communications skills, both written and verbal</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 50 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
