Design layouts that prioritize comfort, exclusivity, and visual impact.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Visualization and Presentation:</span> Create compelling visualizations, mood boards, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders. <br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Trend Research and Innovation:</span> Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in experiential design. Continuously seek opportunities to push the boundaries of experiential design and deliver unique, cutting-edge solutions.<br><br></li>\n</ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Proven experience (3+) in experiential design, with a focus on luxury environments and activations.</li>\n<li>Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in design software such as Rhino, Keyshot, and V-Ray (Unreal is a plus).</li>\n<li>Exceptional creativity, artistic flair, and attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of brands, trends, and industry standards.</li>\n</ul>",
