In this role, you will perform welding tasks related to pipeline construction and maintenance, ensuring high-quality work in compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will be experienced in various welding techniques and have a deep understanding of industry standards and safety practices.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform welding duties in the construction, maintenance, and repair of pipelines and related infrastructure.</li>\n<li>Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and welding symbols to determine project requirements.</li>\n<li>Utilize various welding techniques including but not limited to stick (SMAW), flux core (FCAW), and gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW).</li>\n<li>Inspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.</li>\n<li>Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.</li>\n<li>Conduct quality inspections of welded joints to ensure they meet specifications and standards.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.</li>\n<li>Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.</li>\n<li>Participate in daily safety meetings and adhere to all company and OSHA safety guidelines.</li>\n<li>Travel will be expected for this position depending on customer requirements. Notification of travel may be minimal and candidate may need to relocate temporarily at a moments notice. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> Experience in pipeline welding, fabrication, and taking measurements.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Candidates will be required to pass customer specific welding test upon arrival, prior to being hired by Xccelerated Construction Unlimited.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Certification:</span> AWS (American Welding Society) or API (American Petroleum Institute) welding certification is preferred. Efficient in multiple welding procedures as per customer requirements.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Knowledge:</span><span> Understanding of pipeline welding codes, standards, and best practices. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills:</span> Ability to read, interpret, and draw blueprints, welding symbols, and schematics.
