Description

We are seeking a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to support the setup, automation, and management of CRM, funnels, and online course systems for a coaching and mentoring business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GHL and related tools, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to streamline workflows to help the client launch and grow their programs efficiently. Key Responsibilities GoHighLevel Setup & Automation Configure and optimize GHL CRM, including importing and organizing contacts. Set up calendars, appointment booking, and automated reminders. Build funnels, pipelines, and offers within GHL. Create and implement automation workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and messaging (email, SMS, WhatsApp). Develop and maintain the client’s online course platform within GHL, uploading lessons and structuring modules. Admin & Data Support Assist with data entry and organization (e.g., transferring contacts from Outlook to GHL). Maintain accuracy and consistency of CRM records. Provide ongoing updates and reporting on project status. Other basic admin task as directed Collaboration & Communication Work closely with the client to understand goals and ensure systems match business needs. Use project management tools (e.g., Asana, Google Drive) for task coordination. Communicate updates effectively via WhatsApp, email, or agreed platforms. Qualifications Proven experience as a GoHighLevel Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of GHL features: CRM, pipelines, funnels, automation, calendars, and course hosting. Familiarity with digital tools (Asana, WhatsApp). Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Working Hours: 10hrs/week to start Work Schedule: UK Business Hours, in 10AM-2PM Window
