You will be working along with Global Project Pursuit Leaders of the respective Regions and Outside Sales Organization on meeting customer requirements and be part of larger Europe Actuation Technologies organization.</span></span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><span><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></span></span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Work closely with Global Project Pursuit Leaders &amp; Outside Sales to understand and prioritize the projects which are close to order.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Set PMP for the individuals in the team &amp; Do Performance Review and give feedback and coach for improvement.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Project Quote LEAD - Proactively understand the project requirements, Define the project Quote strategy &amp; define the actions involved in SMART quote preparation for GPP must win projects with the Quote Engineer.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Lead, Guide, Coach the team to meet the Organization Goals and Set KPI for the given year.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Collaborate with World area Functional leader to set Goals &amp; Directions​.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Monthly Cadence call with Global</span></span> <span><span>Project Pursuit Leaders.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Monthly Cadence call with Functional &amp; Team leaders to understand and improve the support functions provided by the team.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Bi-weekly World Area call with Global Project Pursuit Leaders &amp; Outside Sales.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Be the ISO Process champion for Actuation Global proposals team.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span><span>Be part of New Process &amp; Tool change and lead the team to drive towards the change.</span></span></a></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Assign the RFQ to the Team Members and help in development of the same by training / continuous coaching.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Ensures quote engineers are trained on product and give necessary training on product technicalities.</span></span></p></li>\n <li><span><span>All technical details /Prices / Tools to be made available for team.</span></span></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Support on Hiring as on need basis.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Support BU related activities as on need basis.</span></span></p></li>\n <li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in\"><span><span>Any other responsibilities as deemed necessary.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><span><strong>Who You Are:&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><span>You quickly and decisively act in fast-changing, unpredictable situations.
