          "text": "<p>POSITION SUMMARY&#xa0;</p><p>The Director, Commercial Data Management and Analysis, supports the Airport’s Commercial Division by leading data strategy, governance, and analysis initiatives across a broad portfolio that includes parking, ground transportation, concessions, advertising, property development, and tenant lease agreements at both PHL and PNE. This position serves a dual function: first, to advance the Commercial team’s business intelligence capabilities; and second, to improve data hygiene, storage, and usability related to leases and agreements.&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>This is a unique opportunity for a collaborative and strategic data professional who thrives in building new processes from the ground up and enjoys supporting a diverse set of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly analytical, and able to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for a non-technical audience.&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES&#xa0;</p><p>Business Intelligence &amp; Analytics&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Work closely with Commercial team members to understand available data sources (both internal and external).&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Develop dashboards and reporting tools to help team members evaluate the performance of their business areas.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Translate data insights into strategic recommendations and operational improvements.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Support decision-making across multiple verticals, including:&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Parking &amp; ground transportation&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Concessions and retail (food &amp; shops)&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Advertising&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Terminal and ground leases&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Air cargo&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Development and other commercial agreements&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Gate Utilization&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Airline Schedules&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Aviation Activity Trends (e.g., passengers, operations, air cargo)&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p>Data Hygiene &amp; Governance&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Evaluate and recommend systems and tools for storing, organizing, and retrieving lease and agreement data.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Standardize data entry, storage, retention, and reporting practices across the Commercial Division.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Create processes for organizing terminal space leases, ground leases, third-party development agreements, and concessions contracts.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Design internal reports that help staff manage tenant relationships, track expirations, and assess compliance.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Explore the beneficial uses of AI platforms to analyze and present relevant data&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p>Collaboration &amp; Capacity Building&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Serve as a trusted partner to colleagues with varying degrees of data fluency.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Provide training and guidance on data usage and tool adoption.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Build scalable processes and documentation to support on-going use of data across the department.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Identify&#xa0;and&#xa0;procure&#xa0;professional services to help build processes and&#xa0;reporting&#xa0;that further the Commercial team’s goals.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Partner with the IT Department, which&#xa0;is responsible for&#xa0;the technical infrastructure (ETL tools and data warehouse), to ensure data pipelines are robust and reliable.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Represent the Commercial Team in cross-departmental data governance committees and initiatives.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>KNOWLEDGE,&#xa0;SKILLS&#xa0;AND ABILITIES&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Analytical Expertise:&#xa0;Ability to extract, analyze, and visualize commercial data to&#xa0;identify&#xa0;trends and performance drivers.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Data Management:&#xa0;Experience with document management systems, data organization, and process development.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Tool Proficiency:&#xa0;Skilled in using data analysis and visualization software such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
