    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.39.8/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.39.8/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Shift Supervisor</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to help oversee the dining facility operations, including welcoming and serving patrons. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Delegate tasks to dining facility staff and supervise their performance</li><li>Schedule employees based on anticipated staffing needs and ensure that workers are trained on proper food handling practices and safety</li><li>Arrange to have shifts covered when employees take time off.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations</li><li>Ensure that the operation runs smoothly, efficiently, and according to the facility standards while also overseeing and directing employees</li><li>Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges</li><li>Ensure client satisfaction and handle any complaints</li><li>Open or close the facility (when responsible for the first or last shift)</li><li>Inform the next shift supervisor about pending tasks</li><li>Report maintenance and training needs</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior Management.</li></ul><p>This position requires bending, stooping, lifting, continuous standing or walking occasionally lift and/or move up to 40-pounds several times per shift.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience as a Shift Supervisor or relevant role in a restaurant</li><li>Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Customer service-oriented attitude.</li><li>Ability to work independently, as well as lead, manages and motivates the team.</li><li>Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>\n    </div>\n  </div></div>\n",
