Job Description/Responsibilities Western Son Distillery is looking for a hands-on Quality Supervisor to lead food safety and quality systems in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. This role is central to building a strong culture of quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with operations to continuously improve processes. You’ll have a direct impact on product integrity, customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance while developing a high-performing quality team. What You’ll Do Lead quality and food safety programs to ensure compliance with FDA, TTB, and third-party standards Supervise, coach, and develop quality team members through training and performance management Manage HACCP plans, audits, and inspections; serve as primary contact for internal and external audits Partner with operations to investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions Track and improve quality KPIs, including complaints, defects, and product holds. Qualifications/Requirements Required: Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years of quality or food safety experience in a food and/or beverage manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of food safety systems, regulatory compliance, and quality standards Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Preferred: Food safety certification or experience with global food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.) Prior supervisory or team leadership experience Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying conditions and extended periods of standing or walking Ability to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed Culture and Benefits Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
