          "text": "<p><b>Skills Required</b></p><p><span>Experience in Design, Architect in SOA based technologies</span><br /></p><p>Strong experience in Development and Support in SOA based technologies mainly OSB and ODI</p><p>Experience in troubleshooting of OSB, JAVA and ODI code for fixing defects in production environments. Java will be added advantage is optional.</p><p>Experience in leading the Team and driving the production support solutions across teams</p><p>Experience in handling Customer in a multi-vendor environment</p><p><b>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</b><br /></p><p><span>Needs to drive the support and customer issues of OSB/ODI interfaces completely</span><br /></p><p>Has to be senior enough to work in a multi-vendor environment at onsite with respect to questions bug fixes and Production support</p><p>Need to be able to provide analysis on Root cause of production incidents for Middleware/Integration Support</p><p>Should be able to liaison with the offshore team and give them complete information to get some part of the work delivered from offshore</p><p>Should follow up with all stakeholders to get solutions to the questions, asked by the offshore team</p><p>Should coordinate with required stakeholder at onsite and offshore collaboratively to understand the business requirement, and jointly work to identify the source/destination of the data that needs to be transferred via Fusion Middleware to the destination/source system(s)</p><p><span><b>Soft Skills</b></span><br /></p><p><span>Good Verbal and Written communication skills</span><br /></p><p>Convincing and leadership skills</p><p>Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including the ability to work collaboratively with business users, IT staff, other vendors and various levels of management</p><p><br /></p>",
