Responsible for helping to ensure earned value management (EVM) and change control processes are performed efficiently and accurately.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement and manage earned value management (EVM) processes to track project performance against scope, schedule, and cost baselines;</li>\n <li>Coordinate and facilitate change control processes, ensuring all schedule changes are documented, analyzed, and approved in accordance with project governance;</li>\n <li>Collaborate with chief scheduling team, project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate schedule data and support risk mitigation strategies;</li>\n <li>Generate and present schedule and earned value reports to leadership and project teams;</li>\n <li>Identify impactful schedule and cost variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain project alignment; and</li>\n <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling and project controls methodologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education and Licensure</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business, and/or related field. (required)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills, Experience and Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 5 years of experience in project scheduling with earned value management and change control; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)</li>\n <li>Proficiency with P6 scheduling software.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of earned value management principles and application.</li>\n <li>Experience managing schedule change control processes in complex projects.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze complex data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.</li>\n <li>Due to federal contract security requirements, candidates must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance. (required)</li>\n <li>Due to federal contract security requirements, this position requires U.S. Citizenship. (required)</li>\n <li>Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing.
