Description
We’re seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide Tier 1–2 end-user support in a professional services environment. This role supports Windows laptops, engineering workstations, Microsoft 365, and industry-specific applications used in design and engineering.
What You’ll Do
Serve as first point of contact for IT issues via Freshservice, phone, Teams, and walk-ups Own tickets end-to-end with strong communication and follow-through Support Windows devices, peripherals, conference room AV, and connectivity issues Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID) Support CAD/BIM/GIS applications (Autodesk, Bentley, Bluebeam, ArcGIS) Assist with onboarding, offboarding, deployments, and documentation Provide light training and support for AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
