Employees are required to be in attendance and prepared to begin work at their assigned work location on the specified days and hours. Factors such as regular attendance at the job are not routinely listed in job descriptions but are an essential function. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:</em></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Plans with the Teacher and implements daily activities, assisting with completing child assessments using Creative Curriculum.</li><li>Data entry on teaching strategies GOLD software.</li><li>Works with the children individually and in groups in the center; accompanies the class on field trips. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Comply and implement local, state and Head Start federal guidelines.</li><li>Works with teacher and paraprofessional to serve and clean up meals and purchase groceries. At a minimum have a CDA credential or a state awarded certificate that meets or exceeds a CDA credential, or an associates or higher degree in any field.
