practices.</li>\n <li>Optimize sourcing strategies, vendor relationships, managed service partnerships, and enterprise software licensing to maximize value, compliance, and cost efficiency.</li>\n <li>Drive cost-effective technology operations through service optimization, cloud consumption governance, and proactive software asset and license management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Digital Transformation & Innovation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Champion innovation through modern infrastructure, cloud platforms, AI enablement, automation, and secure adoption of emerging <li><strong>10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience</strong>, including enterprise-scale environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, and service delivery in complex, global environments.</li>\n <li>Proven leadership of <strong>cyber security and AI security programs</strong>, including identity, data, cloud, and governance controls.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior leadership and business stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Experience leading global, multi-functional teams across regions and cultures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent).</li>\n <li>Cyber security or technology certifications (e.g.,
