          "text": "<p>The Opportunity</p><p>&nbsp;Implementation Manager (IM) is a seasoned business professional that manages the success of customers. <br></p><p>7 direct reports responsible for&nbsp; billable and non-billable project work. <br></p><p>The position is a high impact role that is internal and external facing, responsible for high delivery performance of their department <br></p><p>Location in Mississauga, ON.</p><p>&nbsp;Implementation Managers</p><p>If you are a project manager PLUS a consulting manager** this may be for you. <br></p><p>MUST have strong project management skills, strong management experience. <br> Strong&nbsp; organizational skills, have strong communication skills and be looked at as key contributing team member</p><p>MUST have Financial Planning and Analysis experience<br> Responsible for&nbsp;documentation and share best practices, identification of necessary process improvements and service delivery improvements <br> You will be measured on the number of successful project implementations and the billable and non-billable utilization of your team.<br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>Top Service deliver ability-&nbsp;successfully managing small to medium&nbsp; implementations ( projects range from 1-6 weeks of consulting services). <br></p><p>In summary, the IM is responsible for the following:</p><ol><li>Managing Consulting team</li><ol><li>Performance review/management</li><li>White space management</li><li>Proactively managing resource billable utilization</li><li>Training/continual education</li></ol><li>Project Management</li><ol><li>Manage team's implementations** (projects not managed by the PMO)</li><ol><li>Proactively ensure successful project completion</li><li>Work towards customer reference- ability</li></ol><li>Guarantee quality and consistency of service delivery</li><li>Manage escalated client issues</li><li>Billable PM hours (with annual revenue target)</li></ol><li>Continual Imrpovement</li><ol><li>Contribute towards Implementation methodology improvements</li><li>Develop, document and implement processes/tools to improve service delivery</li></ol><li>Pre-sales Support</li><ol><li>Review SOW</li><li>Manage POC projects</li></ol></ol><p>Qualifications</p><p>MUST --&nbsp; have a track record of working with different functional groups to drive the creation and use of business systems and processes in a rapidly growing start-up environment.</p><p>MUST- have demonstrated success in strategic and tactical planning in a project environment. <br></p><p>MUST have strong organizational skills able to&nbsp; effectively manage the needs of your projects, your team members and balance those against the needs of the business.</p><p>Due to the complicated nature of our professional services and software MUST have strong understanding of the ERP/CRM/BI market. **</p><p>&nbsp;</p><br>",
