Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</span></p>\n<p><span>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of </span><span><b>Specialist 2 Production Services Application Support</b>&nbsp;</span><span>to join our </span><span><b>Execution Services Production Services</b>&nbsp;</span><span>team in Pune</span><span>&nbsp;.</span></p>\n<p><span><b>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Provide end-to-end Application support for Execution Services platform (FX, Risk PnL)</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitor system health, respond to alerts, diagnose incidents and drive timely resolution to minimize downtime and service disruptions. &nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Lead incident post-mortems, document root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid repeat issues</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate with cross-functional application and infrastructure teams to resolve moderate-to-complex technical problems</span></li>\n <li><span>Learn and participate in the development, deployment and utilization of various monitoring systems to improve issue visibility and provide proactive high-quality support.</span></li>\n <li><span>Contribute to special projects and team objectives, championing continuous improvement initiatives.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b>To&nbsp;be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 3-5 years of experience in applications support or production environment required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.</span></li>\n <li><span>Provided support for Java/Python based applications.</span></li>\n <li><span>Database knowledge with strong SQL skills like Oracle, Sql Server, etc</span></li>\n <li><span>Hands-on experience in scripting or programming languages like Python, Perl, Shell scripting, etc</span></li>\n <li><span>Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Prometheus, Splunk, Cloud Probes &amp; Moog or equivalent</span></li>\n <li><span>Experience automating deployments and other repetitive tasks.
