The role is firmly implementation-focused and requires direct engagement with business teams to define the integration architecture and to deliver the first end-to-end integration alongside our Integration Partners.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You will collaborate closely with our business teams to design and implement integration solutions spanning ETL, middleware (code-based and no-code) and custom APIs. As the trusted technical counterpart, you will bring an in-depth understanding of the underlying systems, protocols and failure modes, grounded in direct delivery experience.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Your mission</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You will translate customer business needs into concrete, implementable integration architectures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You will design and deliver ETL and middleware solutions using iPaaS and low-code platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You will lead integration projects end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live and stabilization, including partner management and project governance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You will facilitate technical workshops to elicit and refine business requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You will evaluate and recommend build-versus-buy and code-versus-no-code options, supported by clear, data-driven rationale.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You will identify risks early across data quality, performance, security and organizational dimensions, and propose effective mitigations.</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Your skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You bring 3-5 years of hands-on engineering experience delivering integration, ETL or middleware projects in production environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You have a demonstrable track record of integrations personally designed and delivered to production, ideally across multiple industries or technology stacks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You possess strong proficiency in established ETL tooling and in scripting languages.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You command practical experience with REST and SOAP API’s and the operational details that determine whether an integration performs reliably in production.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You leverage a working knowledge of low-code and no-code integration platforms (e.g., LobsterData, MuleSoft, n8n, Node-RED, Logic Apps) and sound judgment on when to apply them.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You have excellent communication skills in English; German is a strong plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">You have a consulting mindset characterised by structured thinking, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and the capacity to articulate trade-offs clearly to both engineering and business stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS or GCP) and exposure to event-driven architectures and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus) are a welcome plus.</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Who we are</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Our sustainable and lightweight bikes have won awards and created a loyal customer base all over the world!
