Every day, we have the privilege of supporting individuals and families facing serious illness while helping our communities better understand caregiving, dementia, hospice, and palliative care.</p><p>We are seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Community Engagement Liaison</strong> who is passionate about building relationships, educating others, and making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.</p><p>In this role, you will serve as a visible ambassador for Mountain Valley, connecting with churches, senior centers, civic organizations, veterans groups, caregivers, and community leaders. You&#39;ll help bring valuable education and resources to the community while strengthening partnerships that support our mission.</p><h3>What You&#39;ll Do</h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and leaders.</li><li>Represent Mountain Valley at community events, educational programs, and outreach activities.</li><li>Present on topics such as caregiving, dementia, advance care planning, hospice, and serious illness care.</li><li>Coordinate community education programs, workshops, and support initiatives.</li><li>Serve as a resource for caregivers and individuals seeking information and support.</li><li>Help expand awareness of Mountain Valley&#39;s services and mission throughout our service area.</li></ul><h3>What We&#39;re Looking For</h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Education, Business, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Equivalent experience in community outreach, nonprofit leadership, healthcare, education, public relations, ministry, or relationship management may be considered.</li><li>Strong communication and public speaking skills.</li><li>A natural relationship-builder who enjoys connecting with people from all backgrounds.</li><li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects, events, and community partnerships.</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license and ability to travel throughout Mountain Valley&#39;s service area.</li><li>Experience or interest in dementia care, caregiver support, aging services, or community education is preferred.</li></ul><h3>Why Mountain Valley?</h3><p>At Mountain Valley, you&#39;ll join a team committed to compassion, service, and making a lasting impact.
