    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Monitor and measure quality on close tolerance aerospace machined, metal parts and components. Inspectors are responsible in-process, 1st part, and final dimensional inspection of parts and assemblies. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Know and follow general company and corporate policies and procedures.</li><li>Know, understand, and follow department policies and procedures.</li><li>Meet personal goals and workplace expectations.</li><li>Inspect partially complete or completed-machined parts and assemblies to assure compliance with drawing requirements.</li><li>Inspect the work of outside processors and/or purchased parts to verify compliance with P.O., applicable specifications and drawing requirements. Verify the appropriate documentation is present.</li><li>Typical requirements to be verified include dimensions, surface finish, hardness, serialization and lot tracking, part marking, appearance, etc.</li><li>Record inspection results as required both on written records and computer database.</li><li>Maintain historical files and summary records as required. Notify appropriate parties of results.</li><li>Visual inspection of complex machined parts, and verification of vendor certifications for completeness and accuracy.</li><li>Writing of non-conformance rejection tags.</li><li>Work effectively with others to build teamwork within the Quality function and the Company.</li><li>Operate Coordinate Measuring machine and technical measuring equipment. &nbsp;</li><li>Capture, and interpret maintain SPC and sampling data as required.</li><li>Perform delegated customer inspection duties and required training as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p><u>Education and Experience:</u></p><ul><li>2 years of prior machine shop Inspection experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Aerospace experience preferred.</li><li>Working knowledge in the use of all basic Inspection equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge in the interpretation and application of aerospace/customer specifications&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in reading Blueprints and GD&amp;T tolerancing.</li><li>Demonstrated accuracy in setup and use of measuring device.</li><li>Demonstrated accuracy, legibility and organization of written records.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively to a team effort.</li><li>Demonstrated responsiveness to changing priorities.</li><li>General Microsoft Office experience.</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><u>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Takes initiative to take on additional responsibilities or tasks.</li><li>Demonstrates passion for own work and the success of the organization.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Organized and self-motivated.</li><li>Works well independently and with others</li><li>Basic math and reading comprehension.</li><li>Ability to write appropriate correspondences.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.</li><li>Pass visual exam for acuteness and color</li></ul></div></div>\n",
