Opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus, it was the most luxurious hotel on Miami Beach, and is thought to be the most significant building of Lapidus' career.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Responsible for assisting with day to day operations of two condominium-hotels at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<strong><u>Examples of Duties</u><u>, includes but is not limited to the following</u>:</strong>\n<strong> </strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise Owner Services Agents and daily functions of Owner Services</li>\n <li>Coordinate scheduling for Owner Services Agents and Owner Services desks</li>\n <li>Work closely with other departments to enhance the Owner experience and resolve challenges</li>\n <li>Walk and inspect units prior to owner arrivals and as needed otherwise</li>\n <li>Walk and monitor Owner Lounges and Owner Services desks</li>\n <li>Oversee owner amenity program for arriving owners, service recovery, special occasions</li>\n <li>Manage inventories of Owner ID cards, spa passes, and hotel collateral</li>\n <li>Facilitate and prioritize booking of Owner reservations requests and reservations processing </li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school education or equivalent. College degree preferred.</li>\n <li>Prior experience in hospitality, guest service, property management preferred. Must be able to work well under pressure and increased responsibilities  in a high volume environment</li>\n <li>Strong customer service background,  preferrably in hospitality</li>\n <li>Knowledge  and interest of condominium-hotel operations, owner services and hospitality </li>\n <li>Proven ability to be organized, follow through and complete assigned responsibilities effectively </li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize and perform duties based on an understanding  departmental  and company goals</li>\n <li>Understanding computers applications with a strong working knowledge  of, Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, Opera, HOTSOS, Open Table and the internet.</li>\n <li>Professional  and positive attitude with ability to perform and understand supervisory  position</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently  or with a group  within a fast paced environment</li>\n <li>Good decision making ability and strong problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal</li>\n <li>Maintain confidentiality and high level of discretion regarding  personal information and proprietary data</li>\n</ul>",
