This position is responsible for machining, repairing, and improving tooling, dies, and fixtures to support consistent production quality and minimize downtime.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>What We Offer</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive pay</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package</li>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>\n<p><strong>Tooling & Machining</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform machining and tool room operations across a variety of materials</li>\n <li>Repair, modify, and fabricate tooling components, including dies and replacement parts</li>\n <li>Operate manual and CNC equipment such as lathes, mills, and grinders</li>\n <li>Support tooling refurbishment and precision part production</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Precision & Quality Control</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to maintain tight tolerances</li>\n <li>Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications</li>\n <li>Maintain tooling inventory and prepare tool sets for production</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Support & Problem Solving</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings</li>\n <li>Work with production and maintenance teams to resolve tooling issues</li>\n <li>Identify root causes of tooling failures and implement solutions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with equipment rebuilds and tooling upgrades</li>\n <li>Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and extend tool life</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>Qualifications</h3>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience machining ferrous, non-ferrous, and composite materials</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications</li>\n <li>Familiarity with CNC programming, grinding (OD/ID), and jig grinding</li>\n <li>Knowledge of tooling repair, fabrication, and rebuild processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Effective communication and teamwork</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work varying shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>Education & Experience</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li>\n <li>Technical or vocational training in Tool & Die, Machining, or related field preferred</li>\n <li>At least 2 years of manufacturing experience (high-speed production preferred)</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with machine shop equipment and precision measuring tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Can-One USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to protected characteristics.</p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $0.00 - USD $0.00 /Hr.",
