      "text": "Duties and Responsibilities",
      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Your primary responsibility is to represent RCV, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with&nbsp;respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.</li>\n<li>Inspect roofs and diagnose residential and/or commercial properties in all services offered- Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Attic Insulation, Soffit and Fascia&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Client and Adjuster meetings&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Measure, calculate and estimate products/services to be rendered</li>\n<li>Follow up calls to answer any questions about estimates sent</li>\n<li>Finance applications for clients with budget constraints&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Closing meetings to obtain signed contracts to submit to office staff</li>\n<li>Knowledgeable about product options and warranty options</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of installation/application of all services offered</li>\n<li>Diplomatically resolve conflicts and protect the RCV brand and team</li>\n<li>Represent RCV at various trade, community, and charitable events</li>\n<li>Responsive and professional communication to clients and co-workers</li>\n<li>Make each job a success by achieving customer satisfaction and earning their recommendation</li>\n<li>&nbsp;Adhere to RCV Safety procedures and guidelines</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>High School Diploma or Equivalent</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Pass a background check</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs.</li>\n<li>Ability to climb ladders to access attics and roof tops to determine roof work needs</li>\n<li>Previous roofing industry experience preferred</li>\n<li>Daily travel in the home market</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Professional appearance and attire&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Commercial roofing experience a plus</li>\n<li>First-rate time management, organization, and attention to detail skills</li>\n<li>Ability to exercise initiative and a considerable amount of independent judgment and dependability</li>\n<li>Military service is a plus</li>\n\n</div>"
