          "text": "<p>This role is ideal for individuals with experience in&#xa0;<strong>installation, service, or both</strong>&#xa0;— we’re open to candidates who excel in hands-on installs, troubleshooting service work, or a mix of the two.<br>\nAs a Field Technician, you’ll be working on a variety of customer sites in Southern California, handling systems that protect and support critical infrastructure. Every day brings something different — from new system installs to diagnosing and repairing complex issues in the field.</p><ul><li>Install, configure, and test low voltage systems, including:Access control, CCTV / IP video surveillance, Intrusion detection, Fire/life safety and related technologies</li><li>Provide service and troubleshooting support for existing systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues</li><li>Perform site surveys and assist in project planning when needed</li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including service reports and project updates</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to deliver high-quality solutions</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner</li></ul>",
