Duties include customer service, directing traffic, maintaining the flow of traffic, ensuring that the area immediately around them is clear of obstacles, and assisting the manager/supervisor as is needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Direct patrons where to park and assist when spaces are full.</li>\n <li>Flag Drivers in the correct direction.</li>\n <li>Assisting Supervisor to make necessary traffic direction changes with urgency.</li>\n <li>Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit.</li>\n <li>Other special projects as assigned by location management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Job Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You are at least 18 years old.</li>\n <li>High School degree preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.</li>\n <li>Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What's in it for you?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>We promote from within - park your career here!</li>\n <li>Free Parking!</li>\n <li>Free and confidential employee assistance program (EAP) that provides support and resources to employees and their families 24/7.
