Focuses on promoting best practices in employee relations, ensuring adherence to HR policies, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, conducting investigations, and making recommendations to enhance the workplace environment.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree</li>\n <li>Five (5) years of employee relations or human resources experience </li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of state and federal labor laws</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s Degree</li>\n <li>SHRM or PHR Certification</li>\n <li>Healthcare experience </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><em><strong>Nationally Recognized.
