The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving drinks, entering and managing orders in the point-of-sale system, delivering beverages and food as needed, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked bar.</p><p>Hours: Thursday 2pm - 8pm, Fri &amp; Sat 2pm - 10pm, Sun 2pm - 8pm (ending hours are approximate)</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Duties &amp; Key Responsibilities</strong></u></p><p><strong>Guest Service &amp; Hospitality</strong></p><ul><li>Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Take and enter accurate food and beverage orders; check guest IDs for legal drinking age.</li><li>Prepare drinks, pour beverages, and recite menu items and specials.</li><li>Up-sell menu items to maximize food and beverage revenues.</li><li>Maintain composure while managing large groups; provide attentive, polite service.</li><li>Accommodate special requests and ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly.</li><li>Assist with greeting/seating, refilling glasses, and food delivery as needed.</li><li>Support operations across all dining establishments.</li></ul><p><strong>Bar Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Clear and reset tables; assist with cleaning and preparation for service.</li><li>Set up and maintain bars, including glassware, garnishes, and chilled beverages.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of bar and storage areas.</li><li>Manage bar inventory and properly store perishable items.</li><li>Complete closing paperwork, cash handling, and follow opening/closing checklists.</li><li>Follow routines to maintain operational standards and ensure all equipment is shut down.</li></ul><p><strong>Professional Standards &amp; Team Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain professional appearance, behavior, posture, and hygiene.</li><li>Attend required staff, safety, and training meetings.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned to support team and overall guest needs.</li></ul>",
