Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer service while fostering a culture of responsible gun ownership</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>The Range Safety Officer plays a vital role in delivering a safe, welcoming, and professional experience for all members and guests. This position is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, conducting safety briefings, monitoring range activity, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome and assist members and guests upon arrival.</li>\n<li>Deliver basic safety briefings and enforce all range rules to promote a secure environment.</li>\n<li>Monitor range activity to maintain safety and adherence to club protocols.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the range and clubhouse facilities.</li>\n<li>Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.</li>\n<li>Assist in the coordination and execution of club events, training sessions, and member activities.</li>\n<li>Respond to Medical Emergencies normally associated with Range Operations.</li>\n<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working around firearms and enforcing safety rules.</li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress or emergency situations.</li>\n<li>Must successfully pass a background check and meet all legal requirements to handle firearms.</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of firearms and range operations.</li>\n<li>Be current in, or willing to be trained in TCCC Medical Training.</li>\n<li>Capable of working in outdoor conditions, year-round, in varying weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Physically able to stand, walk, lift, and perform hands-on tasks for extended periods.</li>\n<li>Ability to safely operate commercial lawn care equipment.</li>\n<li>Flexible availability including willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li>\n<li>Must be at least 21 years old.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Pay</li>\n<li>Health Benefits</li>\n<li>401K</li>\n<li>Training and Certification Opportunities</li>\n</ul>",
