Plan, coordinate, and manage space utilization, facility modification, and equipment installation projects from initiation through completion.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Attend and participate in pre- construction, staff, in-progress-reviews, and other project-related meetings, and provides reports to COR or appropriate government officials.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Coordinate with various stakeholders to include Facilities Engineering staff, hospital Operations &amp; Maintenance staff, the Operation and Maintenance Contractor, Construction contractor, and project-related Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Corps of Engineers staff.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Provide a written weekly report to government officials in order to apprise them of project status, as necessary.</span></li><li><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Project oversight and construction management services should focus on coordination/communication of start times and end times of the crew(s), detailed work plans, constructability, phasing, Infection control, safety/life safety and quality of work, daily inspection as well as providing clear and current communication and coordination with the Facilities team, Hospital and Clinic staff, contractor(s), execution agents, and Public works department personnel from the Base. Assist with Turnover process and the&nbsp;</span></p></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Perform site visits to review project requirements and to inspect the actual work after contract award. Also participates in pre-final and final inspections to verify the completeness of work.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Assist with collection of the final, As-built, for the record versions of the PWS’s, Scopes of work, and IGE’s for filing in the shared drive.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Accessing DMLSS and performing QA tasks within DMLSS as well as maintaining training and access to both databases.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Coordinate with equipment vendors, contractors, end users, and stakeholders to identify space modification and installation requirements necessary for proper equipment functionality.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\">Review and apply relevant hospital-specific codes, healthcare facility standards, and industry guidelines in the development of engineering solutions.</span></li><li style=\"background-color: white;\"><span style=\"color: black;
