    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>​​The Maintenance Team Member is responsible for maintaining equipment in module plant. The incumbent also develops, coordinates, and participates in continuous improvement of equipment.​ </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><em>(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)</em> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>General Maintenance </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Operation of all plant equipment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support production regarding equipment </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform, complete daily check sheet. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain and perform 3R5S in work areas related to maintenance of property and equipment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Make a list and repair damaged objects regarding equipment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Record process data required for ADEM and OEM related equipment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Preventive Maintenance </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform complete preventive maintenance with SAP work orders.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform weekend work plan tasks. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs shutdown and holiday work plan tasks. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Make suggestions for improving PM. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Breakdown Maintenance </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct troubleshooting for equipment problems or breakdowns. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Repair equipment as needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete downtime log for every downtime event. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete trouble reports with countermeasure or improvement report. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Communication </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate with each dept. regarding maintenance. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Share information for shift change meetings regarding any daily maintenance issues. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Health and Safety </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Control Personal Protective Equipment (OSHA and Mobis Standards) in charge of shift. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Comply with all safety rules and guidance, as well as report all recognized hazards. Report results for check sheet and 3R5S. </li>\n <li>Report results for SAP work order, weekend & shutdown, and holiday work plan tasks. </li>\n <li>Report related to equipment breakdown issues. </li>\n <li>Follow equipment Maintenance work standards. </li>\n <li>Implement continuous improvements to equipment. </li>\n <li>Assisting with new equipment installation with engineering cooperation. </li>\n <li>Check and rerecord for lighting measure all of inspection area. </li>\n <li>All other duties are assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities: </strong>​No​ </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><em>(The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)</em> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Education & Experience:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school graduate and 2 more years in maintenance experience </li>\n <li>A technical College degree </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems </li>\n <li>Some knowledge of Robots </li>\n <li>Some knowledge of Microsoft office </li>\n <li>Ability to understanding of module function in JIT (Just In Time) Manufacturing Environment </li>\n <li>Other tasks as assigned </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education & Experience:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Educated and experience of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field </li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for documentation </li>\n <li>Excellent people skills to include collaboration in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team environment </li>\n <li>Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organizational success </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: </strong> </p>\n<p>None Required </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong>:   </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Traversing production floor </li>\n <li>Use of protective equipment, devices, and clothing </li>\n <li>Ascending/descending ladders </li>\n <li>Lifting 40-50 lbs. </li>\n <li>Possible international travel to Headquarters </li>\n <li>Domestic travel to customers, suppliers, or other sites as needed </li>\n <li>Overtime and weekend work as needed </li>\n <li>Subject to change as needed</li>\n <li>2nd shift opportunity, training on 1st shift</li>\n</ul>",
