    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>About the Job</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support the upkeep and operational efficiency of our facilities. This hands-on role is responsible for general maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs across a variety of building systems and equipment throughout the club. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to respond quickly to both routine and urgent maintenance needs.</p><p><strong>What You Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform general maintenance and repairs involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and minor masonry work</li><li>Complete preventative maintenance tasks and monitor system performance</li><li>Identify and address building safety concerns in a timely and effective manner</li><li>Support maintenance programs by completing daily, weekly, and monthly checklists</li><li>Assist leadership with identifying, ordering, and managing maintenance supplies and equipment</li><li>Maintain inventory and order general supplies for the country club as needed</li><li>Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, including after-hours situations when required</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and management</li><li>Work with attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through while maintaining a professional and cooperative attitude</li><li>Adapt to changing priorities and maintain schedule flexibility to meet operational needs</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring to the Table:</strong></p><ul><li>At least six months of experience in a maintenance, facilities, or similar role</li><li>Preferred experience in construction or facility maintenance, including supervisory or lead responsibilities</li><li>Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry fundamentals</li><li>Ability to solve practical problems independently and make sound decisions in varied situations</li><li>Strong communication skills and proficiency in English</li><li>Ability to perform physical job duties, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in varying weather conditions</li><li>Comfortable working in environments with moderate noise levels</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
