You will lead HR services for our largest business unit, spanning regional campuses in St. Louis, Kansas City, Springfield, Columbia, and St. James . Your days will be a dynamic blend of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership as you: Lead a Talented Regional Team: You will co-supervise two regional HR Directors and a regional HR Manager, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth. Be the Face of HR Across Missouri: This is a high-visibility role requiring statewide presence. You’ll travel to our various sites to meet service level agreements, ensuring our local teams feel supported and connected. Drive Mission-Critical Growth: You will own the "top ingredients" of our success: recruitment, retention, and leadership development. You’ll be the architect of human capital strategies that ensure we have the best talent to serve children and families. Navigate a Shared Services Powerhouse: Operating within KVC Health Systems’ sophisticated HR Shared Services model, you’ll focus on the high-impact work—employee investigations, competency development, and deep collaboration with local operational leaders.
