You will support the employment journey by preparing participants for interviews, tracking job leads, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure successful placements. Additionally, you will be accountable for meeting job development benchmarks, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to overall program performance.</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>Your Responsibilities Include:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Employer Engagement &amp; Job Development</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Conduct cold calls weekly to identify active hiring employers.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Host onsite employment events monthly in collaboration with Workforce1 and community partners.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Conduct bi-weekly field visits to employers to maintain relationships and promote program methodology.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Recruit employers or guest speakers quarterly for hiring events or workshops</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Member Job Matching &amp; Preparation</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Provide interview referrals to employment-ready participants weekly.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Conduct interviews with participants in-custody for career readiness</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Meet with 100% of referred participants to assess skills and match to sector-specific opportunities.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Prepare participants for transitional employment through coaching and resume support.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Facilitating referrals and connections to other internal personnel or community-based providers as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Ensure employer feedback is documented and used to inform member development.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</strong></span><strong>Performance Management &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Complete weekly reports on cold calls, field visits, and employer engagement.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Announce job leads weekly in workshops and follow up with facilitators on member referrals.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Enter 100% of member case notes and employment data into FedcapCARES within 24 hours.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Support retention efforts by verifying employment data for placed participants.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>You're a Great Fit for This Role If:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">You have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred; a minimum of a high school diploma&nbsp;or equivalent credential&nbsp;is required.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Bring an equivalent combination of 1 year of bachelor ’s-level education, related training, and/or 2&nbsp;years’ experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position instead of a degree.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">You have a minimum of 1 year in job development, employer relations, or workforce development, or 2 years working with individuals facing employment barriers.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;tab-stops:list .5in;\">You can pass the required security screening with DOC for jail access if facilitating to in custody participants&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>Compensation &amp;
