The Welder’s main responsibility is to construct and manufacture metal parts and products, taking particular care to produce clean, polished welds.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Fabricates and manufactures metal parts for later assembly based on specific requirements and needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lays out steel construction efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy before welding.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Measures, cuts, and bends steel components for construction.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><em>Welding &amp; Assembly</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Produces strong, clean welds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Reads, interprets, and builds from construction drawings as assigned by the Fleet Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Interprets and builds from sketches, photos, video, or other media as assigned by the Fleet Manager.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><em>Equipment Operation</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Operates all of the following equipment: MIG welder, aluminum welder, stick, drill press, horizontal band saw, portable band saw, abrasive saw, angle grinder, roller bender, tap &amp; die, TIG welder, and any other tools required to complete tasks.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What we need from you:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">High School Diploma or GED (education in the field would be considered an asset)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">G Class Driver’s License with a clean driver's abstract</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Available to work full-time Monday - Friday from 7am - 3pm <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">(Required)</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to repeatedly lift up to 100 lbs. with good overall physical stamina (<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required</span>)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prior experience welding, preferably in a fleet/garage environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with common welding tools and procedures (metal fabricating, grinding, and finishing metals)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to stand, crouch, and occasionally lift heavy equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Blueprint reading and knowledge of common welding symbols, if needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to identify steel grade</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
