In this role, you will work under the supervisor of a board certified behavior analyst  (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Choose Us:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Professional Growth</strong>: As a BT with us, you'll have the chance to advance in your career. Students working towards a RBT and/or Master’s in ABA are encouraged to apply.</li>\n <li>Part time positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers </li>\n <li>Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA</li>\n <li>Collect, record and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members </li>\n <li>Some travel may be required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Registered behavior technician (RBT) certification</li>\n <li>CPR certification</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Select Medical is committed to having a workforce that reflects diversity at all levels and is an equal-opportunity employer.
