We staff more than 600 positions in the Hampton Roads area. Individuals who possess excellent customer service skills, strong collegial relationships, and the desire to promote a positive work environment are encouraged to apply. On the job training is available for the right candidate. <br><br><b>Duties & Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Answer multi-line phones</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to Bayview Patients calling in to make a payment or have questions about their bills</li><li>Take payments over the phone</li><li>Update patient information and data entry</li><li>Review patient balance due accounts</li><li>Navigate in the Electronic Health Record</li><li>Resolve patient concerns or disputes regarding their bill</li><li>Work Accounts Receivable </li></ul><b>Qualifications:</b><ul><li>General customer service experience</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.</li><li>Excellent telephone skills.</li><li>Must demonstrate the ability to work as a team.</li><li>Must demonstrate a positive attitude, and helpful demeanor.</li><li>General knowledge of standard office equipment such as computers, fax machine, photo copier, etc.</li><li>General medical office experience a plus</li></ul><b>Education and/or Experience:</b><ul><li>Minimum of 1-year previous customer service experience</li><li>Call center experience a plus</li><li>Previous medical front desk experience a plus</li><li>Organization is willing to train the right candidate</li></ul>",
