Shift Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM About this role: To support safe, compliant, and efficient sterilization operations by ensuring accurate material handling, proper assembly and processing of sterile runs, and adherence to established safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout receipt, sterilization, aeration, validation support, and shipment activities. Work Mode At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week. Relocation Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. VISA Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time Your responsibilities will include: Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments in accordance with established procedures, ensuring material accuracy and traceability. Stage sterile runs by preparing materials, equipment, and documentation to support efficient and compliant sterilization operations. Assemble sterile runs per approved work instructions, ensuring correct configuration, labeling, and product integrity. Load sterile runs into preconditioning units and sterilization chambers, following safety, quality, and compliance requirements. Serve as an authorized escort for EO drum changes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and controlled access requirements. Unload sterilization chambers upon cycle completion, verifying cycle status and maintaining product segregation and identification. Transfer sterile runs to aeration areas, ensuring proper handling, tracking, and environmental controls are maintained. Remove sterile runs from aeration once requirements are met, confirming readiness for downstream processing or shipment. Prepare and ship sterile runs, ensuring proper packaging, documentation, and compliance with shipping and regulatory standards. Chamber Requalification, Validation & Special Test (Dunnage) support. Required qualifications: 1 year of  related experience High school diploma/degree/equivalent 1 year of  related experience Requisition ID: 629281 Minimum Salary: $ 33488 Maximum Salary: $ 56888 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com— will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
