The Staff Nurse, RN works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and under the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing. Minimum Qualifications Required Educational Degree: Graduate of an Accredited Program Major/Area of Concentration: Preferred Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Effective 9/1/2022 for all New Hires - BSN required within 5 years. Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: BLS, Registered Nurse with Current Ohio License Required. ** Refer to the Unit Specific Certifications, Credentials and Licenses Document for Additional Requirements ** Preferred Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: ACLS Preferred Required Experience: Preferred Experience: 2 years Nursing Experience in an acute care setting or previous experience in a relevant care setting preferred.
