RISE Pediatric Therapies
At RISE Pediatric Therapies, we use our compassion, knowledge, and expertise in the evidenced-based science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to make lasting, positive impacts in the lives of the children and families that we serve. PURPOSE:
The Clinical Director is responsible for the management of RISE Pediatric Therapies in Florida and its associated programs including contract compliance and fiscal management. They are responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of the facilities while demonstrating the primary goal of providing efficient services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations. They will be responsible for leading the company’s two core objectives:
1. Exceptional Patient Experience: Rise Pediatric Therapies patient experience is of the utmost important and is their highest priority. Serving their clients and creating a system of support is their mission and the Clinical Director will be responsible for leading the team and operations of the company to make sure they are providing the best possible patient experience in all aspects of daily activities.
2. Company Culture: Rise Pediatric Therapies recognizes that culture is the lifeblood of the company and is vital to strengthening and providing an exceptional patient experience. The Clinical Director will be responsible for maintaining and expanding upon their relaxed but enthusiastic professional work environment. This requires passion, commitment to an open and honest communication process, servant leadership and being deeply engaged with improving the lives of our employees and patients by improving the process of the operations of the company.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Strategic planning for growth and development of services and staffing to maximize efficiency, capacity, and utilization of resources.
Maintains regulatory compliance to ensure highest level of quality and patient outcomes.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.
Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
Ensures work environments are adequate and safe.
Ensures contractual compliance with various funding sources
Demonstrate competency in financial issues, including budgets, payroll, billing, documentation of units, and exploration of all funding sources to support families and children
Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
Participates in the hiring and training of team members.
Ensures staffing levels are appropriate and schedules are followed to provide positive patient care.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide positive leadership and team building based on respect, cooperation, and competence
Budgetary accountability and oversight of all fiscal aspects of RISE Pediatric Therapies Florida
Take personal responsibility for actions; use effective problem solving skills and seek support when needed
Through regular supervision, feedback and performance evaluations, ensure that staff, employees, and contractors effectively perform the essential functions of their position
Conduct, attend or facilitate regular staff meetings
REQUIRED SKILLS :
Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in therapy services.
Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred.
3 years of related experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
