Description JOB SUMMARY The Business Performance and Strategy team is responsible for managing performance guarantees and any other performance-based payment arrangements. We track performance on guarantees and assess the appropriate areas for the business to deploy resources to meet client expectations and internal financial targets. Individuals in this role will be assigned to a slate of tier 1 clients and be responsible for overseeing performance clients. Additionally, the senior specialist may be assigned as the subject matter expert for performance processes that impact the entire department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Understand with great detail how we’re performing against client contracts, diagnose for performance barriers and develop action plans to meet performance goals C ollaborate with teams across the business to execute on performance action plans Serve as expert on performance barriers impacting assigned clients Collaborate with account management teams to support their conversations with clients Coordinate with finance to communicate expected performance Inform contract negotiations by coordinating with sales teams on performance feasibility Qualifications KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS What is expected of you and others at this level Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects May contribute to the development of policies and procedures Works on complex projects of large scope Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues Travel Requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to 10% EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum years of work experience : 5 years in health care field Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors or equivalent work experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
