          "text": "<p>The PeopleSoft (PS) Recruiting / Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in the Recruiting and Talent Acquistion modules, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing PS applications. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of large-scale solutions. Experience with 9.1 implementations and global roll-outs with multiple languages is required. This Consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, working on bid &amp; proposal efforts, and business case development. He/she will provide functional knowledge &amp; manage client relationships within context of individual role. Candidates are required to travel 100%. Candidates must have 9.1 experience, global experience, upgrade experience. </p><p></p>",
