Financial Operations &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Lucida Sans',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Lucida Sans',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Supervise financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Lucida Sans',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Ensure timely payment of the company’s obligations to the state budget and other institutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Lucida Sans',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Assist in the annual budgeting preparation process and provide ongoing financial analysis and reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Lucida Sans',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Ensure the accurate preparation and submission of Romanian and GmbH monthly and periodical financial declarations.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Lucida Sans',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">2. Financial Planning &amp; Strategy</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Lucida Sans',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital to support the organization’s growth.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Lucida Sans',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Lucida Sans',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and identify areas for improvement.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Lucida Sans',sans-serif; font-size: 10.0pt\">3.
