          "text": "<p>We are looking for a Driver Manager to manage the daily activity of our driver personnel. If you are looking for a career that gives you the opportunity to be a GREAT manager for our GREAT fleet, this is the perfect job for you!</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Communicate ETAs with load planners</li><li>Utilize McLeod, which is our operating software, to assign work to drivers all over the country</li><li>Direct the daily activities of drivers to designated territories or dedicated operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and business objectives</li><li>Providing drivers with guidance on complying with any applicable local, state and federal statutes regulating the trucking industry.</li><li>Ensure that drivers are safe, productive, and deliver on-time to our customers.</li><li>Counseling drivers and assisting them with over the road issues</li><li>Assist drivers with keeping important documents up to date such as driver’s license renewal, random drug tests and physicals</li></ul>",
