          "text": "<ul><li>Prepare detailed engineering analyses, schedules, technical reports, etc.</li><li>Design structural engineering projects together with CAD designers.</li><li>Attend meetings and communicate with other civil engineering disciplines and outside consultants or agencies, to advance structural projects from conceptual level to final design.</li><li>Manage all aspects of contract administration which includes writing, change requests, invoices, and progress payments and maintain project budget and costs.</li><li>Perform in-service safety inspections and load ratings of existing bridges.</li><li>Mentor and oversee the work of less experienced structural engineer team members.</li></ul>",
